Mindfulness Meditation: Cultivating Awareness through meditation.

I don't have much to bring to the table today as it's Friday, and the week is wrapping up. A highlight for me was Alice's yoga meditation class this morning. She inquired if any of us were familiar with meditation and encouraged us to share our experiences. We ventured into the diverse world of meditation techniques, unveiling their profound ability to elevate our consciousness.
Personally, when I meditate, I either follow guided meditation videos on YouTube or head into the woods with noise-canceling headphones and soothing music to tune out everything else. Alice reiterated that one doesn't have to be confined to a physical location to meditate.
The rest of the day consisted of a series of classes and an asana lab in which we practiced and taught. We are slowly getting more comfortable interacting with one another now, so it's getting easier to teach yoga poses to each other.
While some of my group decided to head to the beach for a bonfire, conveniently located within the resort, I, on the other hand, am contemplating an early night. My plan is to listen to "Ikigai" on Audible.
